作为不同风格的医务剧集，在这一季的结尾GA和HOUSE一样都玩了一次结尾大逆转，周一被HOUSE击败的时候，没料到GA走得更远。
两集连播的剧情在最后3分钟来临之前，一直都是向着积极的方向发展的，甚至其中带有很多轻松的笑料，我以为会像上一季结尾的接吻蒙太奇来结束，直到0-0-7被写出来，终于听到了预告片里Meredith那声凄惨的oh god.......
相信我，所有的精华全在最后这三分钟，快速的剪辑，每个镜头不足2秒，混乱中听到hunt一句we're losing him......
这段剪辑相当精彩，有闪回，有幻觉，声音忽然安静下来，听到meredith冷静的一段旁白：
